XJP 吸聲尖劈
XJP吸聲尖劈主要适用于在室内建立自由聲場的消聲室内,因爲這類專用實驗室要求室内各界面均具有接近100%的聲吸收。通常把吸聲系數達α=0.99的最低頻(pín)率稱吸聲尖劈的截止頻(pín)率,因爲這時室内在較大(dà)範圍内能滿足自由聲場的條件。
XJP吸聲尖劈的構造是選用一(yī)定粗細的鋼筋制成符合設計形狀尺寸的框架,框架上縫護面,在框内均勻地填充多孔吸聲材料。
XJP吸聲尖劈的吸聲原理爲當聲波從尖端入射時,由于吸聲層的逐漸過渡性質,材料的聲阻抗與空氣的聲阻抗能較好地匹配,使聲波傳入吸聲體(tǐ),并被高效地吸收。
吸聲尖劈由尖部、基部和空腔三部分(fēn)組成,它的吸聲特性與尖劈的長度、尖部與基部長度之比,尖劈與剛性面間的空腔,以及材料密度等參數有關。尖劈愈長,低頻(pín)吸聲性能愈好。

XJP sound absorbing cut
XJP sound absorbing cut mainly used in dead room building free sound field within room, since such kind of special laboratory requires all surface have a 100% or near the number sound absorption. Usually sound absorption index at α =0.99—the lowest frequency is called cutoff frequency, when bigger range within room can meet the condition for free sound field.
XJP sound absorbing cut is made of certain diameter reinforcing steel bar which matches design shape frame, on such frame sews surface protection material, while in such frame fills with multi-whole sound absorbing material on average.
The sound absorbing principle of XJP is that when sound wave is ejected into sound absorbing cut from tip, since the gradual transition of sound absorbing layer which make acoustic impedance of material and of air match well to be transmitted into sound absorbent and be absorbed high efficiently.
Sound absorbing cut consists of three parts, named tip, base and cavity. Its sound absorbing characteristics is relevant to some parameters such as the length of the cut, the length proportion between cut and base, cavern between the cut and flexible surface and material density.
